PlastTrack proudly participated in the G20 Social Summit in Rio de Janeiro, highlighting our innovative solutions to combat plastic pollution and promote sustainability. Featured as a leading example of international collaboration, we demonstrated how partnerships across borders and sectors can lead to impactful, scalable solutions.
Our involvement was made possible by the strong support of our partners: Clean Cluster, Greennova Hub, All In On Green, Klappir, DTU Sustain, Kalundborg Symbiosis, Aalborg University, Aarhus University, and Absalon University. The summit emphasized Denmark’s crucial role in fostering global innovation and delivering sustainable solutions.
We’re excited to announce plans for further collaboration with Brazilian partners. This partnership aims to expand our project’s reach, adapt our solutions to diverse contexts, and maximize our impact on global plastic pollution challenges.
The summit provided an excellent platform to build new partnerships and strengthen existing ones, highlighting the importance of cross-border cooperation. Being recognized as a model of collaboration underscores how teamwork between academia, industry, and government accelerates the development of sustainable solutions.
This milestone marks a new chapter in PlastTrack’s mission to drive transformative change. By leveraging our growing network and deepening collaborations, we’re poised to scale our impact and contribute to a cleaner, more sustainable future.
